The ‘’Hôtel du palais’’ is the emblematic hotel of Biarritz in south of France, by its geographical location and its majestic architecture.
The Hyatt Group requested Atelier du Torrent to prepare an application file with a feasibility study.
A prospective architectural approach was developed consisting of the creation of the restaurant volume inserted inside the garden.
