The project consisted of the transformation of the entire floor which, through its new uses, requires the redefinition of surfaces and networks in the complex envelope of the building’s framework.
A part of the common areas was redone to ensure access, elevator and stairwell.
The apartments measure from 18 to 54 m².
The classic materials of Parisian architecture, oak and white painting, clothed these spaces.
