An unusual plot of land led us to propose a program of public interest in a neighborhood with lack of social services. The building houses a local association dedicated mainly to education and two emergency housing units designed for the needs of the local refuge community.

Our architectural concept is based on raw materials, ergonomics, gradation of spaces, transparency and vegetation.
